     We are a family owned and operated optical founded on the philosophy that lower prices doesn't mean lower quality, selection or service. Founded as a retail optical we have grown into one of the internet's largest suppliers of prescription eyeglasses. We produce thousands of eyeglasses per year - all manufactured in the USA by American workers.

Our production and support facilities are located in Largo, Clearwater and High Springs, Fla.

     We are not just an Internet provider – we are still a true bricks and mortar optical practice located in the same location since 1988. We see patients Monday thru Saturday so we truly know the needs of our patients. If you are ever in Largo Fl, we invite you to drop by our office and say “howdy”.

     We only stock the highest quality frames and every lens we dispense is checked against the recommended standards for prescription eyewear as produced by the American National Standards Institute.

     We are asked many times "Why are your prices so much lower than everyone else's?" Maybe a better question would be "Why are everyone else's price so high?"

     The answer is very simple - with over thirty years experience in the optical industry, both retail and in the manufacturing of eyeglasses, we know the "true" cost of making a pair of eyeglasses. Our experience and contacts allow us to provide you with quality eyewear at affordable prices. In most cases you can get two pair of glasses for what you would pay for just one pair of glasses somewhere else.

     All of our prescription eyeglasses are made in the USA by Americans (*). Utilizing the most technologically advanced materials, manufacturing and marketing methods, we deliver our product direct from our optical laboratory in the United States to you. All finished eyeglasses are carefully inspected through our quality control process by a Board Certified and Licensed Optician.

     We are 100% American owned and operated - and we all wear glasses, from JEMoptical of course. We know about American styling and colors and this is reflected in the glasses we bring to you.
