These are our terms & conditions:

1. None of the following conditions shall affect the Buyer's statutory rights as a consumer.
2. The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods to JEMoptical within a period of fourteen days after receipt of the same goods; the goods must be totally undamaged and totally unmarked condition. This return policy will only apply once - repeat returns are not permitted. Costs and risks in relation to the returned goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. When returning goods the Buyer will be liable for all the shipping costs incurred, both incoming and outgoing.
3. The Buyer must provide JEMoptical with details of the relevant prescription that is to be applied to the Eyeglasses..
4. JEMoptical is not responsible for the safe return of the Buyer's own glasses after checking or after reglazing/lens replacement. No refunds are permitted of the  reglazing/lens analysis cost. We will remedy any error made by us should we supply an incorrect prescription.
5. Should any order go missing during shipping, outside of Buyer's own glasses, it will be replaced free of charge. These items will be replaced only - refunds will not be made for any missing item. We require a non-delivery form to be completed and we will have to establish with the carrier that the item has not been delivered before we can replace any missing item.
6. The lenses supplied by JEMoptical will be made according to the prescription that the Buyer has submitted and we cannot accept returns for any prescriptions that have been entered incorrectly. We will remedy any error made by us should we supply an incorrect prescription.
7. If the Buyer is unsure of the relevant prescription to be applied to the spectacles, the Buyer must consult optical professional before placing an order.
8. If the order is cancelled or altered after production or the order process has started a proportionate fee for costs incurred will be charged.
9. Any change of address or any alteration to the order should be advised by email only.
10. We advise you to obtain your pupillary distance/PD distance from optical professional. Old glasses sent for PD check must be received with 7 days after which the order will be processed using the PD given at time of order.
11. The Buyer must be over the age of 18 to order from JEMoptical.
12. Unless specific insurance cover is offered risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer when the Buyer or its agent or the courier takes delivery of the goods or collects them.
13. Even though risk in the goods has passed as stated. the Buyer will not own the goods until one of the following events occurs:
1. JEMoptical is paid for the goods and no other amounts are outstanding from the Buyer to JEMoptical in respect of other goods supplied by JEMoptical;
2. JEMoptical waives its right in respect of specified goods whereupon ownership of those goods will immediately vest in the Buyer.
   
14. The laws of Florida shall apply.
15. All items are subject to availability.
16. All specifications and prices are subject to errors and omissions and we reserve the right to cancel or amend sales. No contract will subsist between the Buyer and JEMoptical for the sale by it to the Buyer of any product unless and until JEMoptical accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to the Buyer at the time JEMoptical  sends the e-mail to the Buyer (whether or not the Buyer receives that e-mail).
